Technical Features

Refuse-derived fuel (RDF) technology involves processing domestic and industrial waste by removing non-combustible materials (metals, glass, sand) and transforming combustible components (plastics, fibers, wood, etc.) into high-density solid fuel through crushing, drying, and molding.

Production Process

1. Pretreatment and Transportation Waste materials are automatically loaded via chain or belt conveyors.

2. Coarse Crushing Materials are reduced to manageable sizes using dual-axis shredders or industrial crushers.

3. Sorting and Purification Magnetic separation removes metals while wind separation isolates light combustibles from heavy impurities.

4. Fine Crushing Combustibles are further processed into uniform 50-100mm particles.

5. Molding Materials are compressed into high-density fuel rods for optimal storage and transport.

6. Finished Product Application RDF fuel is ready for use in cement kilns, power plants, and other industrial applications as coal replacement.

Application Scope
