Eddy current separator maintenance instructions
1. Check and tidy up in time. Clean the machine at the end of each day. Check whether the screws of each part are loose or there
are worn parts, such as claws and screens.
2. Fill with grease, usually install the cap oil cup on the bearing. Under normal circumstances, as long as the oil cup cover
rotates 1 / 4 turn every 2 hours, the grease in the cup can be pressed into the bearing. For closed bearings, grease can be added
every 300 hours. After long-term use, if the grease is replaced, clean the bearing and replace with new grease. When the equipment
is working, the temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 40 ° C. If the bearing temperature continues to rise under normal
operating conditions, the cause should be found and the fault resolved.
3. Carefully clean the material to be damaged. It is forbidden to mix copper, iron, lead and other metal parts, large stones and
other sundries into the damage room.
